Welcome to Frazor Enterprise Solutions LLP. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our GDG Cloud Udaipur events, use of our online platforms (including any website we may operate, social media channels, and communication groups), and engagement with our community (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access or participate in the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your participation in any GDG Cloud Udaipur event or use of its online resources constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

2. Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and participants in GDG Cloud Udaipur activities are required to adhere to the Google Developer Groups Code of Conduct. This is essential for fostering a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone.

Key principles include:

• Be Respectful: Value each other's ideas, styles, and viewpoints. We may not always agree, but disagreement is no excuse for poor behavior or personal attacks.
• Be Inclusive: Seek diverse perspectives. Diversity of views and people powers innovation, even if it is not always comfortable.
• No Harassment: We are committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments, sexual language and imagery in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender, expulsion from the event or platform (without refund if applicable), or reporting to local law enforcement.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the GDG Cloud Udaipur organizing team immediately.

3. Event Participation

• Registration: Some events may require registration. Providing accurate information during registration helps us plan and manage events effectively.
• Admission: We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person behaving in a disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe manner, or not complying with these terms and conditions or the Code of Conduct.
• Photography and Videography: Photography, audio, and video recording may occur at GDG Cloud Udaipur events. By attending an event, you consent to such recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by GDG Cloud Udaipur and its affiliates and representatives. You release GDG Cloud Udaipur, its organizers, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.
• Liability: You agree to attend events at your own risk. GDG Cloud Udaipur is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants.
• Event Changes/Cancellations: We reserve the right to change event schedules, content, or speakers, or to cancel events if necessary. We will endeavor to provide timely notification of any such changes. Our Refund Policy will apply for paid events.

4. Use of Online Platforms

• Content: When participating in online discussions or contributing content, ensure it is relevant, respectful, and does not infringe on intellectual property rights or violate any laws.
• Prohibited Conduct: Spamming, distributing malicious software, engaging in phishing or fraudulent activities, or any other disruptive or illegal use of our platforms is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third-party speakers/sponsors), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GDG Cloud Udaipur and its licensors, where applicable. This includes logos, branding, and materials created by the organizing team.

Content shared by speakers, sponsors, or participants (e.g., presentations, code samples) remains their respective intellectual property. Any use or reproduction of such content should respect their rights and licensing terms, if specified.

6. Disclaimers

The information and resources provided by GDG Cloud Udaipur are for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Service or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Service for any purpose.

GDG Cloud Udaipur is an independent group; our activities and the opinions expressed through our Service are our own and should in no way be linked to Google, the corporation, unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GDG Cloud Udaipur, nor its organizers or volunteers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
